Avoid uploading low-resolution or poorly lit photos with parts of the subject barely visible.

We do not recommend creating a design with two or more animals and it is preferable to create one for each animal: Take advantage of this by ordering more than one keychain or, alternatively, by personalising a bracelet or necklace!

Where is your company located?

Each beautiful piece is designed and handcrafted in-house at our state-of-the-art studio in Sheridan, WY, ensuring that every creation is as unique and authentic as you are.

Do you have any retail locations?

Currently, we operate exclusively online to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts, such as rent, insurance, and staff. However, we’re excited to announce that we’ll soon be launching jewelry stores across the United States and Canada.

How do I make changes after my order has been placed?

Are the stones real diamonds?

Our main stone type is Cubic Zirconia Stones, which is an excellent alternative to natural gemstones because it is more scratch-resistant for everyday wear. Unlike natural gemstones that are mined from the earth using large machinery, explosives, and unsafe working conditions, lab-created sapphire was developed to be more durable with better optical characteristics than of a diamond while maintaining an ethical standard to protect our environment.

How to maintain the projection bead?

To ensure that the projection bead can be used for a longer time, please do not get it wet, and wipe it with a dry and soft cloth if the surface is not clean.

Will this jewelry turn my skin green?

No, our jewelry won't turn your skin green. We choose the most suitable materials according to the characteristics of our products, and polish them through multiple processes to ensure that they last as long as new, and the quality has been verified by International Institution SGS.

For the plated jewelry, I worry the color will fade off naturally.
